PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process are not reasons for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of this item all sales are final. I do not accept returns cancellations or exchanges!

Damages and issues

Once items have shipped and arrived to you, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective / damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
